Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness I would recommend ITG to anyone with concerns about their basements water issues. Dan came out, arrived on time, was extremely polite and helpful with all questions and concerns I had. He advised me that I didn’t even need any work done, and provided insight into why I was having issues with a previously installed waterproofing system, and the best fix for it. He didn’t push any unneeded services and was more than happy to hear all of my concerns. I would without question recommend Dan and ITG to anyone looking for a knowledgeable expert on waterproofing for basements.
