From start to finish, our experience with Best Buy Waterproofing exceeded our highest expectations. The Sales Rep, Richard, arrived on time, provided a thorough assessment, answered all our questions, and gave us a fair price. His promise that the work crew would arrive on time and be professional in every respect was well kept. The crew foreman, Charles, and his team of five, arrived at 0800, as promised, ready to work. Because our basement only has access from the first floor, the crew had to carry equipment, debris, gravel, and concrete through the kitchen and up & down the steps. They protected the rest of the house, minimized dust, and completed the job in one 12 hour day. Amazingly, because they finished in the dark, they promised to return the next day to inspect the outside and cleanup anything they missed. Tony arrived the next day and our driveway and garage were left spotless. I could not be more satisfied. A great company, superior service and a fantastic team of people.
