Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Warranty work- Had a small leak in a foundation joint of my 2-year old home whenever it rained a lot. Set an appt w/ Zander, only took a week. Two techs (Carlos and Derrick) arrived on time, clean company truck, neat and professional appearance. Introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, about how long it would take, patiently answered my questions and then got to work. They were quiet, finished when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and thanked me for my business. The fix looks great, a little darker and glossier than the surrounding cement, but it's tidy and best of all it doesn't leak. In my opinion, this is how ALL service and repair should be done.
