DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE! I am a Realtor in the area and I work with contractors all the time. Between us Realtors, the phrase "waterproofing company" is a swear word. The reason is some of the bigger basement system companies we deal locally with use scare tactics to sell high cost systems that we all know are unnecessary for most situations because the people don't know any better. John and his family provided us with a fair assessment on a property in Massillon last year and helped my customers solve the cause of the problems with the drains without focusing on selling them something they didn't need. John was very easy to talk to like I knew him forever and was very friendly and personable. They charged a very fair price and provided prompt and quality workmanship on one of the hottest days of the year. I just called John again, he's the first person I thought of for my next customer with an issue after that terrific experience. I wouldn't have been able to close that deal without John Shrock.
