Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness I could not be more satisfied with Rock Solid. Every interaction from the first phone call through the end of the project went well. Mikael was top notch professional when he came out to inspect our crawlspace and foundation. Sarah was a great communicator & easy to work with coordinating the project scheduling and follow-up info I wanted. Devon was prompt and courteous when he came out to do the work. He was organized and efficient and had the crack repaired quickly and professionally. Overall it was a great experience and we are totally satisfied with the work they did.
