My sump pump went out on Mother’s Day, when I spoke with the first guy on Sunday he was honest told me upfront he would not be able to make it on Sunday due to the high demand. I appreciated that because other companies never called back or said they were on the way but never showed. The next day I received a call from the office with a scheduled appointment as previously stated. Tom came out and provided a quote and told me why my pump failed. He was very thorough and stayed a few minutes after installing to make sure he was working. Being a woman, you hear a lot about companies taking advantage and price gouging(I had experienced this earlier with other plumbing companies), but Tom was on point from the time he entered until the time he left. I will definitely call on Reliable again. Thank you.
