Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Excellent customer service! We had a 3X3 section of sidewalk that had been undermined by chipmunks and sunken. It was a huge tripping risk. At first we had contacted another company (the highly tv advertised one) and were told to allow 2 hours for the "in home" estimate. During Covid? For seniors? For a 30 minute project? No way. When we called Raise Right they offered a no-contact estimate, emailed the contract, and we were able to pay by phone. We chose the poly lifting due to chipmunks and were happy that the estimate was less than we anticipated. They did a perfect job! Level and safe again. They truly listen to customer needs.
