Andrew Timp spent over an hour testing for water leaking into our basement. We have had many other contractors evaluate our problem without an accurate assessment. Andrew found the problem, which turned out to be a leak from the front door frame, not the foundation. He did not charge for the evaluation, and suggested a door company take over the repair. We are very impressed with Andrew's work evaluating the problem and appreciate the honesty.
