Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I contacted Brent about a foundation crack repair that came up during our home inspection. I expressed the urgent nature of my request (home sale pending) and Brent was eager to help! Brent was quick to answer any questions I had and provided me with a quote based on pictures (a time-saving bonus, thanks COVID). A team was in the area, so they were out to fix the repair later that same day! The team explained the process for the repair and was professional. I am very pleased with the work that was completed and would highly recommend Premium Waterproofing!
