I'm in the process of selling a home and the buyers are requesting some foundation work to be done. They got an estimate from a different company. I reached out to Peak about getting a second opinion after finding them on Angie's List. They have a busy schedule but could sense my urgency and were able to get someone out quickly. Dave, arrived right on time. He was thorough in going over the property. Dave then got me a full report later that day that was leaps and bounds above what the sellers provided. Excellent amount of detail with a professional presentation. The ball is in the buyers court right now, but I would not hesitate in hiring Peak for the work.
