“Looking for a contractor who is completely honest? New Vista is for you. I was concerned about inviting contractors to inspect my crawlspace and make recommendations – I mean, I’ve never been down there and they could tell me anything, dreaming up a scenario that required expensive mitigation. One of the New Vista owners (didn’t catch whether it was Christian or Sam) called me back right after my inquiry to make an appointment. He was on time for the appt and very professional. He did a thorough inspection under my house and told me he was quite surprised that we did not have water problems! We’ve been having tons of rain, and he said if we didn’t have water under there now, we probably don’t need to worry about it. He didn’t charge me a thing for his time even though I offered.
