Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value I really enjoyed my experience working with Midwest Waterproofing. The owner, Chris, is very informative and patient in explaining the process and necessities of each job. I had a full interior drain tile system installed. I had tried other means to solve the problem of water coming into the basement and spent money on various other solutions. One thing that made me happy was Chris was willing to work with what I had- the team was able to reuse my current sump pump, and explain various other ways to save money throughout the process. In the end, I felt I had quality work competed for a price that was fair. I look forward to working with Midwest if the need arises for other jobs.
