Positive: Professionalism I requested a quote for repairing some cracks in the foundation. The representative Glen was very professional and transparent with us. Glen informed us the cracks we had were not an issue and that we should not be worried. I appreciated his honesty and that he did not push any services we ultimately did not need. Although we did not need repairs at this time in the future if there was an issue I would call them for services.
