We had a pipe clog in Amston Ct. couldn’t get it with my 6’ auger so our normal plumber referred us to drain works to call in the big guns. Stefan was here first thing the following morning. Punctual, text and call to give me a heads up. Friendly and knowledgeable. Removed the toilet. Used the camera to find the issue and explain it. Unclogged and provided recommendations for long term fix because it’s a persistent issue with the plumbing. All in under an hour. Slightly more than I wanted to pay but I’m cheap and you just can’t live without toilets so worth every penny! He even showed me some tricks to troubleshoot more on my own the next time.
