Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Complete Basement Systems is a reliable and quality company - Tony met with us and made representations as to how the project would unfold - our basement slab had fallen lower in basement on front (downhill side of house). He provided a fair price & also agreed to fix sidewalk. He was honest and very accommodating when we rescheduled due to COVID. Very responsive and professional. The team of Felipe and Jesus came today and did exactly what was promised by Tony - great collaboration from sales to execution. We needed some extra work to raise slab higher which Felipe did for us after explaining the risks. It worked out better than expected. Great technology for this project - they stand behind their work - excellent outcome. We are very satisfied clients - this was a worrisome project but this team made us feel comfortable and their quality work speaks for itself. We would highly recommend them for all their services.
