Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I can highly recommend Buckets Away Waterproofing, based in Birmingham. My house is in Tuscaloosa, and they also do a lot of work here. Their estimate on my basement and crawlspace was 4K below AFS and the customer service was over the top! Brandon and his crew explained things thoroughly in a way that I could understand, and replied almost immediately to my calls and texts. We’ve had several heavy downpours since they did their work, and my basement is bone dry for the first time since I’ve lived here. These guys are experts, and they’re just plain nice!
