Beyond amazing!!! I cannot even begin to explain how impressed I am with their excellent customer service. Not only did Troy help me with a situation I thought was hopeless, he did it with a kindness that is often lacking these days. He explained every step of the way and left me knowing exactly what to look for if the trouble arises again…all while being completely honest and refusing to sell me something I didn’t need. The quick response to my call for help blew me away!!! Their level of customer service will be above and beyond what you thought was possible. Honestly, you would be crazy to call any other company. Bluebird should be your first and only call.
