Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Joshua Pitcock assisted us with annual service - sump pump, dehumidifier, clean space inspection. As has always been our experience with Basement Systems, the service was first-rate, above board. Josh was friendly, competent, and efficient. I requested he looks at a vibration that had developed in the dehumidifier. He diagnosed the problem and implemented the solution! We now have a quiet dehumidifier again!!!
