I had a lot of water problems in my basement when there was a heavy rain or snow runoff. Every time I'd have to bring out the shop vac to clean up the water. Last year around this time Basement Solutions installed two dual relief pressure systems in a matter of two days and since then, we haven't had a drop of water. I highly recommend them. Bill is a good guy and the nicest person that showed up at the door. Once again you guys did a great job taking care of the waterproofing job in the other section of our basement. I'm glad we did the battery back-up too. You and your office staff have always been prompt and professional and it's nice when someone actually answers the telephone when calling your office. Bill, Thank you also for giving me flexible payment terms when I really needed it most. The installers were prompt, professional, and courteous to me and my family. They did a great job installing the new system and they were very helpful with moving some stuff around in the basement. One of the guys even shoveled a path in the snow so the rain water would drain into the yard instead of puddling up near the basement entry door. They cleaned up after they were done and everything looks great! We hope it doesn't have to work too often, but we now have peace-of-mind knowing that we did all that we could to protect our basement from the outside elements. Again, I'm glad I chose Basement Solutions to do our work. I would highly recommend you to others and please do not hesitate to use me as a referral. I wish you and yours much success in the future. The work looks great—I am cleaning some of the woodwork and furniture left and it has stayed dry—(but of course you knew it would!) I also appreciate the help getting rid of some of the heavy stuff that needed to get out. I hope to be able to restore the basement to a playroom of sorts for the grandchild and at least feel comfortable in knowing it will stay dry. I will certainly refer your company to others who may be in need of basement repairs. (My neighbors found that their drain was clogged and feel their issue may be resolved but have your number just in case. 🙂 ) Again thank you and your crew—you made an unwelcome situation tolerable.
