Annual Maintenance Program Offers Peace of Mind

All-American’s Annual Maintenance Program will give you peace of mind because we schedule the necessary maintenance annually for you. Our customer service department will send you a waterproofing renewal letter every 12 months and advise you when it is time to service your system.  Your sump pump comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. This includes parts replacement but does not cover the cost of labor. Upon original installation, your system was thoroughly water tested and the pumps tested to ensure they function properly. There is still a possibility of mechanical or electrical failure, which is why your system should be checked annually.

We will extend the pump manufacturer’s warranty to include LIFETIME if the pump is serviced by us every 12 months. The Annual Maintenance Program ensures this occurs and we highly recommend you consider this option. The Maintenance Program includes:

• Cleaning the basin liner
• Checking and testing the sump pump
• Checking the float switch
• Checking the electrical connection and plugs
• Checking the alarms and changing the alarm batteries
• Checking the discharge line
