Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value We had almost constant leakage in our basement, from all sides AND around the pillars. Now it's totally dry - the Affordable team fixed it! We received a packet in the mail with their official guarantee, all paperwork, pictures of the job, AND a nice thank-you note! I would hire them again if I had to do it all over!
