Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We have so many wonderful things to say about ACM Basement Waterproofing! First, let me start off by saying we did A LOT of research on finding the best company out there to complete this job. We had several estimates completed by other companies and we just didn’t get a good vibe from any of them. When Ray came to give us an estimate he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He took the time to explain the whole process to us, as well as write up a detailed estimate (which no other companies did for us.) We even had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Mark who was very patient with our questions. Even after the fact, he made a separate trip to come back to our house to answer specific questions we had about the job. They never once pressured us to choose them to do the job. Once we decided to do the work, Mark’s crew was extremely professional, hard working, and friendly. They were also very clean, wrapping up all the extra things in our basement that we could not move. Throughout the time they were at our home, Mark came back to check on the work to make sure everything looked good. Since the work was completed in November, we have not had one drop of water and no more musty smell. We use a dehumidifier and there has not been any indicator of more humidity in the air which shows that it’s working as well! ACM also offered us interest-free financing at an extremely fair price. Even Mark’s wife, who handles the office calls, was a pleasure to work with as well. We really can’t say enough good things. If you have water in your basement, look no more and choose ACM!
