Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Mr. Mahan came to my house to personally inspect and to tell me exactly what I needed to do to stop the water intrusion into my house and repair the bowed walls. After carefully inspected the premises he told me information that was contrary to what the other inspectors had told me: that I didn't need to have my entire basement waterproofed, I only needed to get a drainage system in place to get the water at least 10' away from the house. This is something that I had thought of, but never acted upon because basically, I really didn't know what to do. Mr. Mahan diagrammed out exactly what needed to be done, and then gave me the number of a structural engineer that would tell me what needed to be done to secure the bowed wall. With Mr. Mahan's honest advice, I am able to save thousands of dollars on a basement waterproofing that is not necessary, and hopefully get my house sold. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation.
