Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Joe and his team are very knowledgable. He is very responsive. He came over to our house twice to discuss what could be done to resolve our problem. He wants the customer to be comfortable and understand the work that will be done. Joe ensured we received our permits in time for the job despite the city offices being backed up. I am writing this review after several months, and we no longer have water coming into our basement. In addition to outside waterproofing, we had a sump pump installed that has been working great.
