Professional to the max. Called when water in basement became visible. First representative laid out options contingent on removal of damaged basement panel. We had this done by our handy guy and determined that the ground water problem was not confined to one area. Called Premier back and got a bid from a very knowledgeable rep. French drain, vapor barrier and triple sump pump system scheduled. Work done on time. Clean, excellent workmanship. In our case, dedicated electrical outlets had to be installed by an Electrician when Premier had finished. Time will tell, but the early stage experience was A+.
