Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Had AAA Reicks come out to fix some issues we were having with water leaking into our basement during heavy rains. They assessed and came up with a plan. Originally the job was going to take 2 days instead of 1 because a concrete sidewalk along the house needed to be removed but Tony was flexible and allowed me to remove the concrete beforehand and his team disposed of the rubble after the waterproofing job was done, which overall lowered the cost of the job. Haven't had any troubles with water getting in since.
